Monday Meditation: Seek


Find a piece of paper or a notebook. Find a pen or pencil.

Close your eyes and take three long, deep breaths. Open your eyes. Consider:

          How do I want to feel today? How can I feel this?

Consider:

          How can I feel joy today?

          How can I feel peace today?

          How can I feel empowered today?

          How can I feel fulfilled today?

Write your thoughts.

Inhale, exhale, begin.
